This internship offers a similar experience to training which would be given in an educational environment and is for the benefit of the intern. It offers both education and work experience. Interns do not displace regular employees. Interns work under close supervision of Dr. Stephanie Waggel. Improve Life PLLC derives no immediate advantage from the activities of the intern and on occasion its operations may actually be impeded (for example, time that would be used for appointments will be used for teaching). The intern is not entitled to a job at the conclusion of the internship. Both Improve Life PLLC and the intern understand that the intern is not entitled to wages for the time spent in the internship.
